Step 2:
Select "Dial-up to the internet", then click on the next button.

Step 3:
Select "I want to set up my internet account manually", then click on the next button.

Step 4:
Select "I connect through a phone line and a modem", then click on the next button.

Step 5:
Untick the checkbox "Use area code and dialing rules". Type in the telephone number 0860887249 in the "Telephone number" box, this is the number issued to you by Y Dialup.

Step 6:
Enter your User name given to you by Y Dialup (this is your full e-mail address), and also enter your password given to you by Y Dialup.
Click on next.

Step 7:
Next you need to name your connection. Type in Y Dialup in the "Connection name" box below.

Step 8:
You will now be asked if you want to set up your email, select yes and click next.

Step 9:
Select "Create a new Internet mail account".

Step 10:
You will be asked to put in your name as people will see it when they receive mail from you. Example below (John Smith).

Step 11:
Type in your full email address in the "email address" box below.

Step 12:
For the incoming server use: POP3.
In the "Incoming mail (POP3, IMAP or HTTP) server" box enter the POP - mail.y.co.za.
For the outgoing mail server use: smtp.y.co.za

Step 13:
Use your full e-mail address as the username. Remember to check the "Remember password" box. Once this is done click next.
