Step 2:
Within Outlook Express, go to the Tools drop down menu. Then click on the Accounts menu option.

Step 3:
Once in the Accounts box, click on the Mail tab.

Step 4:
Click on the Add button, them click on the Mail option.

Step 5:
A wizard will pop up. Fill in the Display Name with your Name. Then click Next.

Step 6:
Type in your E-Mail Address in the format username@y.co.za in the box labeled E-mail Address. Then click Next.

Step 7:
The type of incoming mail server at Y.co.za is a POP3 server.
In the box under Incoming mail (POP3, IMAP or HTTP) server, enter: mail.y.co.za
In the box under Outgoing mail (SMTP) server, enter: smtp.y.co.za

Step 8:
The Internet Mail Account name at Y.co.za is the same thing as your email address. Enter it in the box labeled Account name.
Then fill in Password box with your password.
Do not check Log on using Secure Password Authentication (SPA).

Step 9:
Click Finish.

Step 10:
Click Close.

Step 11:
To get your E-Mail, simply click Send and Receive.
